3. REFUND & RETURN GUARANTEE

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted Ayurvedic products.

• Defective Products: If a product is found defective, you are entitled to return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a Full Refund.

• Conditions: The Refund Policy applies only to unused products in marketable condition, accompanied by the original Invoice.

• Exclusions: This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused after delivery.

4. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site—including text, photographs, luxury brand imagery, logos, trademarks, and "Varti Ayurvedz" branding—is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site.
