When is a Product Eligible for Replacement?
We will gladly replace your product under the following specific circumstances:

Wrong Item Delivered: You received a product different from what was ordered.

Expired Product: The product delivered is past its 'Best Before' date.

Damaged/Tampered Goods: Physical damage to the bottle/container or a broken safety seal upon arrival.

Incomplete Order: Missing items from your confirmed order.

Non-Receipt: The tracking shows "Delivered," but the package was not received.
How to Raise a Request
1. Wrong or Damaged Item Received

Timeline: Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Process: Email your Order ID and clear photographs/unboxing video of the item to [Insert Email].

Review: We will review the request within 1-2 business days.

Resolution: We will initiate a reverse pick-up via our courier partner. Once the unused product is picked up in its original condition, we will ship the correct/replacement item (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

Note: If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your pin code, our team will provide alternative shipping instructions.
2. Order Cancellation

Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Brand Cancellation: If Varti Ayurvedz cancels an order due to stock or logistics issues, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Terms & Conditions of Refund

Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically credited within 7 business days. Please check with your bank or credit card provider if delays occur.
