Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our luxury Ayurvedic formulations are shipped from our dedicated warehouse via reputed logistics partners to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

Domestic Orders (India): All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). You can typically expect delivery within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Timing: Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Aknowledgement: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please ensure a trusted alternative (family, neighbor, or colleague) is available to sign. Varti Ayurvedz holds no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
For orders outside of India, the following terms apply:

Additional Charges: Your shipment may be subject to Customs Duty, Import Duty, or other local government taxes upon arrival.Courier Charges to be borne by the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and must be borne by the customer.

Compliance: Please check your local cosmetic laws and regulations before placing an order.

Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to pay destination customs charges, the cost of original shipping and return duty will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic (India): We are pleased to offer Rs. 75 in shipping charges per product on all domestic orders across India.

Exceptions: Shipping charges may apply to "Free Trial" or promotional sample orders as specified at checkout.
4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At Varti Ayurvedz, we strive for excellence. However, due to the handcrafted and organic nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be reused or resold.

Policy on Used Products: We cannot accept exchanges or returns for products that have been opened or used once delivered.

Damaged or Tampered Goods:

If your shipment appears damaged or resealed, please do not accept it.

If you receive a damaged product, notify our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt.

Requirement: You must provide supporting images and an unboxing video to process your claim.

Quality Complaints: For any concerns regarding product quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exclusions: Varti Ayurvedz is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to neglect, improper storage, or incorrect application.
5. EXCHANGE PROCESS
Exchanges are subject to the following:

Products must be returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging, and undamaged.

All requests are subject to verification and vetting by the Varti Ayurvedz quality team.

No Refunds: Once goods are sold and delivered in good condition, we do not offer cash refunds.
